Using this site
This site is operated by JCB Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”), trading as Joshua R. Bohlke. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site.
SMS Terms
JCB Enterprises LLC sends text messages only to people who have asked to receive them.
- What we send. Schedule summaries, task and appointment reminders, bill due dates, and account notifications. These are service messages, not marketing.
- How often. Message frequency varies — typically one to five messages a day, depending on what is on your schedule.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
- How to start. Text START to the number we provide, or give consent directly to us.
- How to stop. Reply STOP at any time and messages end immediately. You will receive one confirmation and nothing after that.
- How to get help. Reply HELP, or email josh@jrbohlke.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your privacy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
The Business Health Check
The Business Health Check produces an automated summary of financial documents you provide. It is information, not advice. It is not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and it does not create a client relationship. Decisions you make from it are your own, and you should take professional advice before acting on anything significant.
Accuracy
We take care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that everything on this site is complete or current. Articles reflect our view at the time of writing.
Payments and refunds
Paid services are described at the point of purchase and processed by Stripe. If something is not what you expected, write to us and we will put it right.
Your content
Documents and information you submit remain yours. You give us permission to process them for the purpose you submitted them, and nothing further.
Our content
Articles, tools and materials on this site belong to JCB Enterprises LLC. You are welcome to read and share them; please do not republish them as your own.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or anything produced by it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
