Who we are

This site is operated by JCB Enterprises LLC (“we”, “us”), trading as Joshua R. Bohlke, in Washington State. You can reach us at josh@jrbohlke.com.

What we collect

Only what you give us. If you fill in a form on this site we collect your name, email address, phone number where you provide one, and whatever you write in the message. If you upload financial documents to the Business Health Check, we process those documents to produce your report.

We also collect ordinary website analytics — pages viewed, rough location, the browser you used. That data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

What we do with it

We use it to reply to you, to deliver whatever you asked for, and to send occasional email about our services if you asked for that. We do not sell it.

SMS and text messaging

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for text messaging are used only to send the messages you agreed to receive, and are never passed to any third party for their own marketing.

Text messaging consent is not shared with anyone, and is kept separate from any other consent you give us. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Message and data rates may apply.

Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and deliver what you ask for: Google (hosting and analytics), Brevo (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Twilio (text messaging), and Anthropic (processing documents you submit to the Business Health Check). Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and none may use your information for its own marketing.

How it is protected

Data is stored encrypted at rest and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access is limited to people who need it to operate the service.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and form submissions are kept while there is a reason to — typically while we are talking, and for a reasonable period after. Ask us to delete your information and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribe from email using the link in any message, or stop texts by replying STOP. Write to josh@jrbohlke.com for anything else.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
